The Building
The ballroom, lounge, garden, and veranda all sit under one roof, with two downtown lofts that sleep 14 between them. Every space is yours for the day — no second venue, no fine print.
All-inclusive means the decisions are already made. Every booking comes with the essentials handled.
The ballroom is the main event, but it doesn't stop there.
Ceremony and reception happen in the same room, so nobody waits in a hallway while it gets reset. Three dimmable glass chandeliers, fairy lights strung through the original wood trusses, whitewashed brick, and a 2,000 sq ft dance floor, the largest in Northwest Arkansas. A mezzanine holds a live band without giving up a single table below.
Black walls, velvet seating, and genuine gold geometric molding on the bar front — the same crest that's in our logo. Most couples use it for the rehearsal dinner the night before, then again on the day for formal portraits and as the hall you come through on the way into the ballroom.
There's a record player in here, and a tradition that comes with it: we ask every couple what album their parents or grandparents fell in love to, and that's what plays while guests walk in.
A 2,000 sq ft covered veranda and a stacked garden of roses and dogwoods, one block from Sager Creek. Sheltered enough to rely on, open enough to feel like the outdoors is the whole point. If it rains, nothing about your day changes.
The lane alongside the building belongs to the city, and the city rents it for twenty-five dollars. More than half our couples now take it. It's where the food trucks pull in, where the lawn games end up, and where most send-offs happen — sparklers down the middle, the ballroom emptying out behind you.

Penthouse Perch across the street, the Hidden Loft tucked inside the building — room for fourteen between them, so the night ends with a walk instead of a drive. Both come with the Weekender add-on: check in the day before, set up on your own schedule, and host the rehearsal dinner without a second address. See the Weekender.
A lobby space with its own tables, chairs, bar and sink, perfectly sized for a bridal or baby shower, a rehearsal dinner, or a corporate gathering that doesn't need the whole ballroom. It holds 70 standing, or 40 to 50 seated for a meal. Or, just borrow the lounge and let the gold molding do the decorating.
Four, three of them dimmable and hanging from the original wood trusses. Photos and videos can get you close, but the room always lands differently in person.
