Privacy Policy

The Brick Ballroom operates thebrickballroom.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Using the site means you agree to this policy.
What we collect
When you request a tour or download our brochure, we ask for the details we need to reply: your name, email address, phone number, and, if you tell us, your event date and whatever you'd like us to know. You choose what to send us; we don't require anything beyond a way to reach you.
How we use it
To answer you, to talk with you about your event, and to send information you asked for. If you opt in, that includes text messages, on the terms set out in our Terms & Conditions. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
We use third-party services to host this website, deliver form submissions, and manage enquiries. They can access the information you send us only to do that work on our behalf, and they're obliged not to use it for anything else.
Log data and cookies
Like most websites, ours records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and version, the pages you open, and the time and date. Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. You can refuse them in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move around this site — which pages get read, which ones lead to a tour request, and roughly where visitors are in the world. It sets cookies and shares that usage data with Google. We use it to make the site better, not to identify you personally, and we don't sell it to anyone.
If you'd rather not be counted, you can install Google's official opt-out browser add-on (opens in new tab), refuse cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's tracking protection. Nothing on this site requires you to accept analytics — the tour form, the brochure request and the booking calendar all work the same either way.
Security
We take reasonable care with what you send us. No method of transmitting or storing data online is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
This site links to places we don't run: our social accounts, listing sites, and local businesses. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, so it's worth a look now and then.
