Rates vary by day of the week and season. Tell us where to send the full price brochure and we'll get you exact numbers for your date. Planning something smaller — a micro-wedding or an elopement? The entry package covers that too, tables and chairs included.
Good to know before you book
- Reserving your date
- A signed rental agreement and 30% at booking. We can't hold a date without both.
- Paying the rest
- 40% at the halfway point between booking and your date, then the last 30% thirty days before.
- Damage deposit
- A $500 refundable deposit, returned within 10 days if nothing's damaged.
- Coordinator
- Highly recommended, not required. You can hire one of ours to use their years of experience at the Ballroom to guide every aspect of your special day.

And the one nobody expects: we carry the building's alcohol and liability insurance. Almost every other venue in Northwest Arkansas asks the couple to buy their own policy, and most want a security guard hired alongside it. If there's a bar at your wedding, that gap alone usually runs $1,500 to $2,000 — before anyone has compared a single rental rate.
