Yes. You provide the alcohol; a licensed bartender pours it. We don't sell or supply alcohol ourselves, which also means no bar package markup. We'd also suggest asking your homeowner's insurance about event coverage, just so you're covered.

Yes: any caterer, coordinator, florist, or vendor you choose, with no added fee for going outside a preferred list. If you'd rather start from a shortlist, ask and we'll share ours: caterers, florists, DJs, and day-of coordinators.

Nothing changes. The garden's veranda is 2,000 sq ft of covered space, and the ballroom itself holds your full guest count, so your day never depends on the forecast.

There's no single lot out front, and that throws people — but there are roughly 200 free parking spaces within one block of the door, spread across downtown. Guests park closer here than at most venues with their own lot.

Yes. The Brick Ballroom is fully ADA equipped, including accessible restrooms, with free parking right outside the door.

A signed rental agreement plus a 30% non-refundable deposit. Because of the volume of inquiries we get, we're not able to hold a date without both.

Highly recommended, not required. You can hire one of ours to use their years of experience at the Ballroom to guide every aspect of your special day.

A $500 refundable damage deposit is due with your final payment, 30 days out. It's returned in full within 10 days of your event if there's no damage.

Saturdays run 9am to midnight, Sundays 1pm to 10pm, and Monday through Friday 9am to 11pm. We can add hours for wedding-day preparation if you need a longer runway; just ask on your tour. We don't rent half days: the room is doing both your ceremony and your reception, so it's yours for the day.

Your one-hour rehearsal is free either way. Usually it's the day before, in the room itself. If another wedding is booked that day, and Friday and Sunday weddings keep getting more popular, we'll schedule your hour right before the ceremony instead, still free. We confirm the day and time 30 days out.

In a separate catering space with its own entrance, so vendors never come through the main door alongside your guests. It has a refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, and multiple outlets.

Yes, and more than half of our weddings now do. The alley beside the building is made for it: the city rents it for $25, and we'll happily point you at the food trucks we like working with. You arrange the special event day permit directly with the City of Siloam Springs.
