Vendors, tables, arbors, floor layouts, city permits, and what's already in the building waiting for you.
We want the planning to be the easy part. Everything below is what couples ask us most — answered once, in writing, so you're not waiting on a text back. If something you need isn't here, tell us and we'll add it.
Caterers, florists, photographers, DJs and bakers we've watched work in this building. You are never required to use them — there are no vendor fees here, and you can bring anyone you like.

All of this is already in the building and included in your package. Nothing here is a rental add-on.
No open flames or candles anywhere in the building. Flameless candles are very welcome, and we have plenty of holders — see what you can borrow, below.

Which arbors come with your rental depends on your package — check your agreement, or ask us. These are the dimensions your florist will want.

Signs can hang from any of them — fishing line tied to the back holds well and disappears in photos.
Four plans we've run before, by guest count. Tap any one to read it full size. If you want more chairs, we can add them on the mezzanine in place of a table.
Fourteen plans, from 154 guests up to 282. Tap one to read it full size. Bring the closest match to your planning meeting and we'll adjust it with you.
Both are $25. Both need to be submitted one month before your event. Neither is complicated — but neither can be done the week of.
The City of Siloam Springs requires a special event alcohol permit if you're serving alcohol in the ballroom.
Fill out the form, print it, and take it to the permit office. If you post it instead, the city asks that both the permit and a copy of your driver's license be notarized.

This is the application to close the alley for the day of your event. The city drops off the barricades that morning and they can be set at each end of the driveway.
You must close the alley if you're having food trucks.
Because you'd be moving the party outside the ballroom, you'll also need event insurance for the day. Call your home insurance carrier — or your parents' — and ask to add day-of coverage. It usually runs about $50.
Special event permit — PDF, 139 KBTrouble with either one? Laura Holt at the city is the best person to ask: 479-373-6466.
Included with the Waltz and Foxtrot packages, and already here — so it's twenty-four things you don't have to buy, hire or haul. Tap anything to see it larger.
Three of them, each 6′ high by 3′ wide. They move, so you can put them where you want — behind the cake, behind the head table, or built into a photo backdrop.

Two Rockville speakers, which pair by Bluetooth to any phone or laptop playlist. They do have to be connected to each other to work as a pair.
One corded microphone is available — worth knowing if your officiant or your toasts need it, since it isn't wireless.

Ask us and we'll answer — then add it to this page for the couple after you.
