Bridal suite, catering space with separate entrance, heat & air on both sections, five ladies restrooms, 2000 square foot dance floor, 3 arbors, built in bar, 4000 square foot outdoor covered ceremony space and garden.
Capacity
The Brick Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 seated on one side with the reception set up with round and rectangle tables on the other side.
The outdoor patio and garden can hold up to 200 guests for a ceremony or up to 250 for cocktail hour.

LEAVE YOUR FLOWERS WITH US
If you leave your flowers we will get them to the residents at our local convalescent home. It brightens their world to share in your special day!

TABLES & CHAIRS
Our 300 gold-white washed Napolean wood chairs, 15 solid rose wood round tables and 18 rectangle service tables provide you with plenty of creative layouts.
GREEN LEAF WALLS
Our green walls are movable and make for the perfect backdrop for a photo booth.
ARBORS
Choose a rectangular or triangular arbor as the focal point in your ceremony or over your cake table (rectangle or triangle).
BUILT IN BAR
Enjoy our large built in bar area, complete with a fridge/freezer, large basin sink, counter space, lots of outlets & wood shelves. There are no restrictions on alcohol, But it must be served by a licensed bartender.

PROJECTORS
Have access to our two seamless projectors. You can fill the entire 40' x 20' wall with a slideshow, movie, monograms, or whatever your heart desires.

SAGER CREEK
The Brick Ballroom is located in charming downtown Siloam. One block away from Sager Creek, historic gazebos & natural falls.

FREE PARKING
We are located in the heart of downtown Siloam so there are plenty of parking lots and spaces nearby to accommodate any party size.

GROOM'S ROOM
Nestled in the rafters our 2 story Groom's Room will make you feel right at home.
OUTDOOR GARDEN
This 4000 sq ft stacked garden is the perfect outdoor oasis for your wedding with roses, Dogwoods and a raised stone patio.
LEFT OVER FOOD?
We have partnered with The Garden in Siloam Springs to donate your extra reception food. The Garden is a nonprofit ministry that will package your leftover food and hand it out at their Frozen Food Fridays. We have made it really easy on you, just leave your leftovers in the Ballroom fridge and we do the rest.

BRIDAL SUITE
This spacious 400 sq ft. white bridal suite is perfect for getting ready. Lots of plugs, massive mirrors, and a mini fridge - all attached to a private bathroom.

DANCE FLOOR
Enjoy dancing the night away on our 2000 sq ft sprung dance floor.

FAIRY LIGHTS
Our lofty wood trusses are filled with strands of charming fairly lights, also included are corner framing branches with dangling fairy lights all providing the perfect ambiance.

CAKE TABLE
A 4' Rectangle cake table is the perfect size for any placement.

CATERING SPACE
Separate catering space with refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables & multiple outlets. It is located with its own entrance so vendors don't have to share the main door with guests.

MEZZANINE
Use our mezzanine for overflow seating or live bands. Multiple electric outlets located in front on the floor.

DOWNTOWN SILOAM SPRINGS
Authentic ghost signs and decades old ivy climbing brick walls make for many unique photo backdrops.
​
FOOD TRUCKS
If you would like to block the alley for food trucks you simply need to get a special event day permit from the City of Siloam.
​
COVERED VERANDA
Want an outdoor ceremony? Get married in our garden as your guests comfortably sit under a covered veranda with 2 large ceiling fans and edison lights.
Please consider leaving left-over food with us.
