- Every rental includes: tables and chairs for up to 300 guests (the in-house inventory; parties of 350–400 rent the extra chairs), sound system with two projectors, private bridal suite and two-story groom's loft, a free one-hour rehearsal the day before, outside caterers and vendors welcome with no fee, BYO alcohol poured by a licensed bartender, built-in bar, and movable greenery walls.
- Spaces: three event spaces under one roof — the Main Ballroom (whitewashed brick, wood trusses, three dimmable glass chandeliers — ceremony and reception in one room), the Art Deco Lounge (black walls, velvet seating, gold geometric molding), and the Garden & Veranda (2,000 sq ft covered) — plus overnight lodging: Penthouse Perch (across the street; sleeps 7, 6 beds, 2 baths) and the Hidden Loft (inside the ballroom building; sleeps 7, 7 beds, 1 bath).
- Weekender add-on: added to a rental, it gives an extra two-day rental — 7 hours of ballroom access the day before for setup and the rehearsal dinner, plus 2 nights of housing for 14 across Penthouse Perch and the Hidden Loft. Built for out-of-town couples. Rate quoted on tour.
